A long time ago, in a faraway land, there was a dark wizard who wished to seize control of the kingdom, so he tried to build the strongest and meanest monster that he could conjure, but he failed. What came to being instead is a gentle and curious green brute whose thirst for adventure will have him cross paths with a lost little girl looking for her father in a forbidden cave wrought with danger and simple puzzles.

OUROBOROS

Just outside of Jupiter, the United Nations Space Command (UNSC) is constructing the largest space ship ever built. All mention of it seems to be erased. Julie Ryans, a disgraced reporter is sent undercover to the construction of this massive spaceship to report on the goings on of the UNSS Ouroboros and what her mission might be. Upon arrival, Julie finds the huge ship teaming with life as the crew of the Ouroboros get the ship ready to go further than any human has traveled before, but before they can complete their readiness, the main reactor starts up on its own and the crew is forced to race to their cryo-stasis pods for safety as the ship plummets into hyper-dimensional space...destination unknown.

This game was made in a short amount of time for Driftwood Gaming's 5-Minute Game Jam. The purpose of the game jam is to showcase some awesome action sequences and then share that coding with others. This game is approximately 5 minutes long depending on how fast you read. There's a timer at the top so you can keep better track. Action Sequences are located with game folder in .txt documents so you can copy and paste into your own games or modify as you see fit.

Cumulus is a short RPG'esque game with real time side scrolling battles reminiscent of '90s Fighting Games (Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat) and an action packed fast paced story.
Protect the power of the Cumulus and keep the people of the floating Atmosph Isle safe from the tyrant prince of the Earthbounders, who wishes to destroy Atmosph Isle and use the Cumulus to make himself a God.  From the top of the clouds to the bottom of the sea, fight soldiers, knights, Frogmen,scorpions,  skeletons, Airships, a dragon,  the Magnus Powered Tyrannis, and the warrior king of the afterlife.  All while dodging fireballs and flying through the Ocean of Clouds while riding... a cloud. Do you have what it takes to save your people and protect the Cumulus?
